Shipping
We ship worldwide. All orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and customs processing. Netto Club is not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Free shipping promotions may be offered on select drops.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales on limited edition drops are final. Season collections are produced in limited quantities and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@nettoclub.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the defect
- A description of the issue
We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
